Hi, My hubby loves Pastas. I made it for him!!!! So recipe of this for u friends!!!
Ingredients :
I really cant give u proportions in grams and liters its just a rough idea what u have to use,
1. 1 packet penne Pasta
2. finely diced onion, capsicum, carrot, cabbage
3. florets of cauliflower
4. chopped garlic
5. blended tomatoes
6. Italian herbs (if u don't have it don't worry, u can skip it or add Chaat Masala :) )
7. chilly flakes (or green chilly paste)
8. Tomato ketchup (optional)
9. Cheese
10. Oil
11. Salt to taste
Recipe :
1. First we have to boil pasta,for that boil water, add a pinch of salt and a little amount of oil. Add pasta to the boiling water. let it cook for 7 - 8 minutes. As it changes its color slightly, take it out from the boiling water, pour cold water onto it, so it doesn't become sticky.
2. Secondly, for sauce, heat oil in pan,add chilly flakes and herbs to it.
3. Add chopped garlic into the pan.
4. As it becomes little crispy, add diced onions, and saute it.
5. As onions turns golden brown in color, add cabbage, carrots, cauliflower and capsicum in the pan and saute it.
6. Add blended tomatoes after other vegetables have cooked a bit. Let it cook for a while.
7. Then add tomato sauce to it. (In original Italian recipe they don't add tomato sauce, but I used it and it gave a nice sweet and sour taste to the dish)
8. Now time to add our boiled pasta and salt to taste.
9. Mix Pasta with sauce very gently so it remains to the shape
10. Take out the hot Pasta into serving dish, add grated cheese onto it. And Serve it!!!!!
